Great Bbal mind mister Dolan who is running this club (into the ground) decided that Knicks should have matchup advantage on SF/PF position with Melo which created disadvantage in C, PG, and SG positions... Something gonna give when this kind of mind(less) people are in charge.

Raymond Felton playing at an indecisive pace kills any flow or sense of attack. Our offense stagnates from the moment it crosses half court.

Pablo tries to push, but at 73 years old there is only so much he can do. At an accelerated pace, Udrih is a turnover machine.

The saddest news is that Tim Hardaway Jr is desperate for a running buddy and flourishes in the open court.

3b) We've come to the point of missing lil Nathaniel, for something other than comic relief. It's come to this.

No chance. Even though there is data that shows just how poor this team is in many important metrics. the bottom line is the Knicks are 3 games out of a 3 seed. If this team was 3-23 and 5 games out--no difference. Were on a collision course to either let Melo walk for no compensation OR paying him 30mm per to watch him play well into his mid 30's. Dolan put so much on Carmelo--he wont back out even if Jerry West was advising him. And thye will hold on to this ECF run coming were in it and they can do that because the ECF does sck.

I agree with your determination of what the Knicks will do in actuality. Clearly, my opinion is more hopeful than informed. But if there is anyone reading this and taking a poll regarding what they should do, I think the collective brain-trust that is UK.com is pointing them toward a re-build. Dolan would need to eat some crow to pull this off, but perhaps that kind of humility would ingratiate him for once with the people who actually care about this team.
