All in all, with the roster Lenny Wilkens had to work with considering half of the offense was missing, the sweep did not bother me.
The real series start next year when the nets move to BK. TT, if still a Knick will have to come correct

Marbs - Great scorer, good passer. Needs to be a better leader and decision maker.
Houston - IF he can come back and play at a high level it's huge. He's not an all around player but his shooting opens up things for other players.
TT - Again showed potential this year. I have my doubts he'll ever put it all together but if he does...
Nazr - Better then I though he was. Not good enough to be a starting center but can definitely contribute.
KT - I like him better then most folks on this board. Not a star but a solid contributer. Pretty good shooter solid on D and on the boards.
Sweeney - Lots of upside. Not an open court athlete. But is athletic in confined spaces - nice hands, nice touch around the basket, tough rebounder.
FW - Not quick but plays pretty smart and tough. Manages to get in the lane and plays good D. Needs to work on his shot.
Penny - No legs anymore but still has some skills. Good passer, streaky shooter, smart on D.
Anderson - Don't hate him as much as most folks on this board.
Baker - Inconsistent but when he's playing well he can post and play some D.
Motumbo - Really like the guy - but he's done.
Sweeney is going to be a player. Nice hussle nice hands. Not an open court athlete but can be athletic in confined spaces - rebounding and posting.
Frank is tough and smart. If he develops his outside shot he's really gonna be a nice contributer.
Marbs can score.
Thomas - as much as everyone here seems to hate him is still a solid contributer. He played well this series. Couldn't stop Martin but Kenyon had was playing GREAT.
Penny still has some game.
Baker still has game - if he can bring it a little more often he can contribute.
Damar - Athletic streaky shooter but won't contribute unless he gets some clue on D.
If Houston recovers, the young guys develop and this team forms an identity then it is a solid team - but not a contender.

I am rooting for the Timberwolves to come out of West. I still miss Spree.. and would like to see him succed As long as the Lakers lose.. I am happy though.
As much as I hate the Nets.. I would have to root for them if Detroit gets past the Bucks. A 1st or 2nd round exit would be a big dissapointement for that team and hopefully would lead to SHeed's exit.
I want the Pacers out of the East.
Pacers to win it all if they meet the Lakers... Anyone else out of the West to beat the Pacers as long as it's not the Lakers.

ok, here's defense to steph's late threes. the first one was the worst one, but he pulled up off a screen when he was feeling it and thought he'd be wide open. if kenyon doesn't make a smart play and jump out on that one it's going through the bottom of the net. Steph didn't see him coming. it was still the worse of the two. as for the second one the shot clock was at 3. it was deep, but he's hit shots from twice as far back and we needed to get it off. you can blame him for the first one, because he did rush into a bad situation. but the second one he was trying to just get us a shot. 31 points, 7 assists, i'm not going to complain about steph's game too much. dude had a lot of pressure on him this series. next year's going to be fun.

they had a 6pt lead late in the game which is huge!! All he had to do was run the clock, thats what Kidd would've done. But oh well it's done and it's too late to do anything about it. Just hope he learned from this mistake. He's not the reason the Knicks lost. He put up 31 & 7.
