Paul Allen's Microsoft had been found guilty of being a Monopoly and had to pay some hefty fines. Clippers Sterling as a slum lord, in fact most real estate guys have had "infractions" over time. Prohkorov has been collecting the wealth of oligopoly's in Russia. These are the employers that pay Stern.
Granted, there is a morals cauze in contracts and thats not to say Kidd having this problem before would not be ****canned if it happend again. I think if one digs deep enough you'll find many uber successful people have dark spots on their record. Temper issues, substance abuse, social issues, domestic issues etc.
