Miami is the perfect team for Chandler to play against, Bosh isn't a beast in the paint.

I'm starting to doubt the Knicks will be seeing Miami.

Tuesday's game is the thing. If they can win on Tuesday, it puts them right back in the driver's seat, with game 5 being at MSG.

If they don't...well, there are parting gifts to the left.

I'm worried about this team's ability to win two games in a row. Each team has shown the ability to win on the other's court. The flow of this series non has us behind the 8 ball. We need a different rotation to deal with the Pacers size advantage.

what we need to do is come out with the barrels blazing,

from the start we must push tempo and shove the ball down their throats,

the saturday game was painful to watch, so slow so ugly so low scoring, they will defeat us 9 times out of 10 if they are pounding the bodies into us

He and Shumpert would form the best defensive backcourt on the league, which should help balance what would be one of the weakest interior defenses in the league. I suppose the center position could be taken care of by committee with Martin, Amare, Camby (insert joke here), and Barron along with a free agent signing e.g. Dalembert, Kaman, Oden, etc.

I doubt it. Rondo is worth much more than just Tyson and if Boston is trading Rondo then they're probably blowing up the whole team anyway in which case Tyson doesn't make any sense.

You misunderstood what I was saying. Chandler would go to the Clippers; Bledsoe and Jordan to the Celtics; Rondo to the Knicks. Under those conditions, the Celtics would be given an infusion of youth to aid in their rebuilding/retooling efforts.

Rondo is a very good PG but we dont have pre-2010 Amare anymore nor do we have Ray Allen.

We do have a bunch of guys that need others to create their shots though (Kidd, Novak, playoff version-JR, Shumpert, etc.). That is Rondo's fortay and he'd be the only guy on the team really capable of doing that. Besides, we need to figure out ways of getting Melo easier shots before we permanently run him into the ground. Didn't he have surgery on both knees and his shoulder the offseason before last?

Would you guys prefer Pau Gasol at the 5? He's a floor spacer and excellent passer, which should work well next to Melo and Martin.

Really dissapointed in Chandler. He needs to be doing what Andrew Bogut is doing- anchoring and getting rebounds.

I can't remember the source but I heard/read about a very realistic scenario where Pau might get moved to Houston.

Makes sense. They need a guy that can score with his back to the basket. Plus, they've had interest in him since years now.

I know Bill Simmons has a scenario out there that LA could amnesty Kobe, trade Gasol to Houston for nothing, and then be able to sign Chris Paul and Dwight Howard.

Chris Paul turning down that 5th year with his bad knees is highly unlikely the same with Dwight Howard and his back.

Their are other cheaper alternatives available like OJ Mayo, Brandon Jennings, and JR Smith. All 3 can stroke the 3.

Is Roy Hibbert's b!tch

My sentiments too

all of that may be true, but something has to be wrong with him.. one thing about him, he is a competitor, and although we may have been spoiled a bit with the DPOY award, chandler is just an average center who has his moments and plays hard.. I do think something is wrong with him physically..

I always thought he was overrated as I saw him play enough in NOH and Charlotte to know this. His Dallas stint didn't fool me. The $50mil he received from us was $15mil too much.....

And all 3 will be looking for their big pay day.....like CP3 and Howard especially the first 2 you mentioned.

Tyson needs to put his big boy pants on, plain and simple.

Hibbert is just plain embarrassing him. Tyson needs to earn his fat paycheck, he's been a no show for most of the playoffs.

Every player in the Pacers starting 5 is averaging at least 5.6 rebounds. Tyson Chandler is averaging 4. That is pathetic.

Kinda sad that some of our own players are averaging more.

If Tyson gets plowed in the ass in the 1st half by Hibbert again, dare I say it, but put Amare in to replace him.

At least Amare will attack Hibbert back on the offensive end. Tyson is a no show in these playoffs. If we're going to give up points at the center position 24 to 9, might as well have an offensive center to make Hibbert work also. I haven't felt Chandler's presence at all.

Imagine if Earl Barron is the answer? That'd be a shocker for everyone.

Chandler looks hurt though. He's had nick-nack injuries all season and I suspect that they are starting to catch up to him. Things aren't helped by our guys jacking up shots recklessly. I personally don't understand how, as a coach, you can afford to allow this to happen and call little to no plays for a big man that coverts 70% of his shots off pick and rolls/alley-oop dunks.
