In a few years, maybe. Right now it's not even close. Steph Curry has David Lee and the Warriors won what? 45 games? Melo lead the Knicks to 54 wins with nobody as good as David Lee. I like Steph Curry a lot, but Melo is the better player right now.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Curry isnt as good as Kyrie Irving and Kyrie Irving isnt better than Melo.

Some posters hate Melo so much they will try to justify anything.

curry and kyrie are both fantastic young players.. right now, kyrie is home watching curry play.. that is the truth..

kyrie has shown to be a bit injury prone as has curry...

you say kyrie is not better than carmelo.... I think some may disagree...

Irving and curry can't stay healthy, could've would've should've players..I love curry, but game changer is a very rear occurence for him

he is healthy now, and he surely is game changer in this series vs denver..

Carmelo has supreme talent, but his comprehension of spacing and angles is not as sophisticated.

Curry has unlimited range.

Carmelo can drive on anyone.

It's close.

What is the point of this. They play different positions and are totally different players. This thread is ridiculous.

It is also funny to see TKF, who has been missing in action while the Knicks have been good and the Nuggets are losing these playoffs, pop-up in this thread. LoL!

it's even more funny that you can't keep my name off your fingertips... first you come in asking what is the point of this thread.. LOL.. Ok, so stay out..

than you have to make the usual TKF comment.. well guess what.. TKF doesn't think one bit about you.. why are you so concerned with TKF... kind of ridiculous.. don't you think?

as far as the nuggets go, I am enjoying watching them play as well.. if the warriors win, I will follow them... I am a NBA fan.. I love to watch good, fun basketball..

I think for most people on this board watching this Knicks qualifies as "good, fun basketball". I certainly am more enetertained by Knicks playoffs games than any other games, even when those other games are close.

A. Absolutely.

nyk4ever - If you have a more compelling thread starter to pass the time until game 5, please, go ahead... make my day.

If the playoffs are where players establish their reputations, Golden State (without David Lee) eliminating Denver would be a nice skin for Curry to earn.
