read this morning that Grunny went down to watch him play for whatever D-League team he's with. From what I read, he shot pretty poorly and didn't look very sharp at all. Below his NBA average across the board.

If West can't produce in the D-League knowing he needs to make and impression I'd rather take a pass. I also think we need a big even more than we need a guard though guard play IS a need.
