i'm designing my Second Program for 2013 (strength training), only 4 lifts in abbreviated, 2 a week sessions all under 30 minutes, and i'm gonna get SICK GAINS, bet on it

anyway,

That would be based on his actions. He isn't smart enough to start his 5 best players. That's all I need to say about it.

And he isn't even able to provide a coherent explanation for why Amare isn't starting.
