its kind of funny, but Melo is his own worst enemy. Few players in the league can dominate a game like he can. The problem is it only happens about half the time. The other 50% of the time he's either one of two things it seems:
Really good or really bad.
Really good is fine, the guy's human. But the really bad is a big problem. Looks at his game log. 25% of his games this year Melo has shot 40% or worse. When you lead the NBA in shot attempts thats a problem. When you get into the playoffs its REALLY a problem. How do you win a playoff series when your most import player puts up so many lemons?
Anyone ever notice Melo's best season shooting the ball (.492) is also the ONLY season he didnt lead his team in shot attempted?
