Today we sit at 12-4 and I don't think that many of us felt that the Knicks would be this good. However, it seems like many here are having a hard time adjusting to the rebirth of winning. With that being said, are you a beleiver?
Yes - We're legit and on our way to 50+ wins and a top 3 seed! Heck we may even finish with the 1 seed.
No - The team is playing over their heads. We hoist up too many 3's and our rebounding is suspect.
Unsure - I'm still suffering from battered Knicks fan syndrome. I wan't to believe that we're legit but keep expecting the sky to fall.

See, the key to intelligent fandom on this board is to understand that homerism is a debilitating disease, it's not just a mindset. Folks who gawk pointlessly at our Starphucque POTW have no real, true grasp of the reality of the situation.

"The Trade", as those in Somberalia like to refer to it [insert mild lip snarl with a bit of spit escaping while saying it] was a watershed moment in the wrong direction for this franchise. It's very simple.

Talking about the recent unpleasantness that our past 'future', potential-laden yoots have displayed is not a true barometer of just how effed over this team is [insert reference making any homer a default Dolan butt-tick and Straightshot groupie]. Only talking about the good things they did at any point in time while they were here, is what counts [insert logic that references the validity of mentioning Melo's past performances while with that other team].

I will convert you, my brother. It's only a matter of time. And typing.

Despite your casting the final sixth vote for Sombernation.

WTF is Lebron got to do with this thread?

Seriously, if I'm a Dolan minion, where the heck is my check? Don't we all get checks?

That's exactly what someone secretly being paid by Dolan would say!
