Has anyone heard word on Amar'e? Like is he running doing any strength conditioning? We are receiving reports on Shump fairly regularly but why not Amar'e?

IrishKnickFan wrote:honestly im getting a little nervous. I mean the knicks have always had bad luck with injuries. There is no timetable for kidd since back injuries are no joke. Amare we dont know if he will even be effective/healthy. I love Shumpert but ACL injuries are also a long rehabilitation. Also teams have started to figure our our weaknesses on defense lately. Im not trying to be negative i just really want to finally have a great knicks season for teh first time since 2000
I might have missed something but isn't the report on Kidd that he is day to day?

Jason Kidd (back) could be out for "a while."There isn't a clear indication as to Kidd's timetable, and while Mike Woodson is calling him day-to-day, he gave a lot of "we'll see" type of responses when asked about the veteran's progress. It's worth noting Woodson originally called both Jeremy Lin and Amare Stoudemire day-to-day last season when they were dealing with more serious injuries, so we're keeping a careful eye on this one. Amare is still a month away from returning to the court. Hopefully he will start doing some activity in the next week or 2. If not he wont see the floor til Jan with shump

Well this was the concern of a few. You do recall the late summer discussions we had about this team and the Old Dudes.

Knicks schedule gets a bit easier. Hopefully rest is all he needs. Prigs looking like a great signing for rookie undrafted minimum.

Prigs managed the clock last night like no one I've ever heard. Except when JR's hoisting shots with 17 on the shot clock.
Woody's got alot of patience.
