Yeah the bosom buddies will be in here ROFLOL'ding and dapping each other up with the "I told you so's" nonsense. Killa's post nailed my sentiments exactly......

only bosom buddies around here are the little fellas that occupy MElo's jock, and the parade of fools lined up to catch of whiff of his bunghole. The rest of the Knick fans will be ok with it.

Speaking for myself, I didn't follow Melo much when he played for the Nuggs. Now that he's down with us, I'm down with him. He represents the Knicks and his success or lack there of has a direct effect on W's and L's so I root for him and the others who wear the Blue and Orange to succeed. So in that sense, I'm a fan of his. But since when did being a fan of a player on your favorite team become a bad thing? Seriously, I was a big Mark Jackson fan when he ran the point for the Knicks. Even wore #13 in high school because of Mark. I guess that would make me a Mark Jackson jock rider.

no... shoving Mark Jackson is the MVP, the best PG in the league, a star who has only lacked a supporting cast down my throat and labeling me a hater if I resisted your kool aid would make you a jock rider. What you described was just being a fan.

Never seen anyone post that Melo is the best player in the league. There's a thread that states that he's an MVP candidate. Premature? Yes. Anything to get your panties in a bunch over? No. Just a Knick fan being a Knick fan.

Let me ask you this, would you have had a problem with someone constantly saying that Ewing, while in his prime, was the best player in the league? Should be the MVP? And was a star that didn't win it all because of his lack a supporting cast? Honestly, would you have flamed posters for constantly pushing that agenda?

When I was a little kid I actually did make that argument but what the **** did I know, I was a little kid. If an adult tried to make the argument then that Ewing was the best, or now that Melo is, then I would lost some respect for them and I wouldn't trust that person's opinion on anything basketball related.

Now the joy of my world is in Zion How beautiful if nothing more Than to wait at Zion's door I've never been in love like this before Now let me pray to keep you from The perils that will surely come

I can be the one to overreact if thats what the forum wants

Trade Tyson
Fire Woody

They had an awful game!

A better overreaction would've been "FIRE TYSON! TRADE WOODY!"

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

We responded today.

Amnesty Tyson? That would be stupid. And, besides, we don't have one anymore.

I wish I can amnesty some colleagues.

The first time Mike Woodson loses two games in a row, which will be a FIRST for him as head coach of the New York Knicks, there will be panic.

Trade rumors abound.

Amar'e is on the clock.

Especially since our roster is flawed and sloppy.
