We can tear it up in the regular season without Amare in the starting lineup. But for this team to go anywhere in the playoffs, we are going to need more punch, consistent punch. That is the problem. This is not about Lin or any other dumb side issue. It's crazy how any injury issue turns into wild stabs at unrelated issues. Just WAY too early to be panicking.

I dont think its time to panic however i still think amare off the bench will help him and the team better. It will give him a chance to be the main scoring option when melo is out and helps the second unit

Explain to me how it's better to have one scoring option when teams like Boston and Miami, who were competing against in the East, starts 3 scoring options...
