Sheed looks like he's slimming down a lot quicker than I thought. He's not all he way there yet, but he looks a lot less plump than he did in some of those vids posted of him playing over summer.

exactly, Woody and the Medical Staff said because of the 2year layoff, they wanted him to take it slow prevent any chance of injuries.

Whatever, people here were saying he was going to be in better shape than he was in Boston two years ago. Instead, he's so out of shape he can't even scrimmage. He's a waste of a roster spot.

VCoug - If Sheed can build up to giving the Knicks ten, quality, old school minutes a night it will be a blessing. If he does not get up to speed, he goes back home to Philly. Why all the whining over a training camp audition?

He has to earn his minutes and without a guarantee on his contract Im not seeing him as a problem.

VCoug - where do you read that Sheed is guaranteed?
