Doug Collins said during the telecast that soemoen should let the bench know what the USA team record was. So someone told the bench. Everyone--INCLUDING THE ENTIRE STADIUM--erupted when he broke the record. No one on the bench, on the floor, or in the stands thought Melo was being selfish.Good Lord. If you didn't watch the frigging game, bite your damned tongue.
Carmelo is representing the spirit and pride of the United States by playing beautiful basketball and the best fishmike can do is b#tch and moan?
C'mon Son!
bitching and moaning?
I said watching Melo and team USA dominate competition thats probably on a par with some NCAA teams isnt interesting (for me) to watch.
I said when you beat a team by 80 or whatever points there is a good chance it shows a real lack of sportsmanship.
Then after gymkata posts coach Ks comments defending their play I was pleased with those comments.
You want sheesh? You guys have like a "someone might be slighting Melo" alarm that rings in your heads if you suspect he's not properly being congradulated for his accomplishments. Thats sheesh.
Earl... how's the mayor doing these days?
Sheesh!
Just win! (for the Knicks)
