I think they'll start off stating a mild interest in the Nets, and when the new season comes, if the Knicks stink it up and the Nets do well, these same people will jump ship- I just feel that people are just laying the ground work for a full switch with the 'nets are great' talk.I don't think this Knicks fan site should be assisting that. I can't stand Deron Williams, Lopez or the Kardashian. The Nets anti-Knick 'come join us' stuff has also been hacking me off. For me it's like saying you're a Clipper and Laker fan, or even a Knicks and Heat fan. Rivals are rivals.
Of course you can support both teams, it's your own personal choice, but this is not a Nets board and I don't think we should be supporting people to jump ship- why not post about them in the other Nba topic forum on this site?
Well said Smackeddog! You've hit the nail right smack on its head. I've been trying to say the same things for about a week now and Nalod & Bonn1997 were calling for me (an ultimate knicks fan)to leave. They've also been pushing for me to be banned because I've expressed the same concerns.
No, I said ones actions dictate banning. All are welcome.
Your first 50 posts since your last exile was whooping it up that your all despondent about any subject not knick and your canned response that all should leave to join the N**ts site if they were not +100000000000000000000000000 behind the knicks.
Maybe you should come clean about your past names and who you were. I think you've been here a few times under different names.
This "open letter" I think clarifies some good points going forward about thread topics and where they should be placed.
Problem is the Knick forum is where the traffic is. We talk olympics there. What Charles Barkley says, and other things not +10000000000000 related to the Knicks.
In the end, supply and demand dictate traffic. If a topic is not of interest it gets ignored, slides down the list and goes away.
That seems to be the best way instead of some hyper poster with new meds rally "whose with me or not?"
We all here to discuss KNick basketball.
