And the Knicks of the general manager, Glen Grunwald, who replaced Donnie Walsh. They are not built around a phenom, or a fad, and for the moment, there is no savior-in-waiting. If you are one of those who have decided the Knicks let a future Clyde or Earl the Pearl go to Houston, then you should go to Brooklyn now.

Sorry, but why are you here? There are nice social communities everywhere. There's also things to do like, you know, working instead of posting all day on the board of a team you hate or have no interest in any longer.

Sorry, Newbie. These are people I've met in person and known for 10 years. We have a history of teasing, supporting, mocking, and praising each other.
Anyway, I did not say I have no interest in the team.

Thanks to a lot of posters like hardcore, bballjones, bonn, crzy, fishmike and gustav. To say the least, I was quite angry (And tired) when I made this thread. With that said, of course I wont become a Timberwolves fan. I love Rubio and Love but not more than the Knicks. Again, with that said, I just need to get away from this team for a little. Maybe enjoy the Yankees and soon the Giants and pay attention a little from a'far. At the same time, pray to God that Felton actually comes to camp in shape, STAT comes back healthy and Shumpert comes back healthy and we don't actually trade him. If those threethings happen, I think we can actually have a team we can root for, even though I'm pretty sour on Jason Kidd and JR Smith.

To the people who said I'm not a true Knick fan because of all this..... grow up. If you don't get extremely frustrated from this team, and you love this team, then I don't know what kind of stuff you are doing but I am definitely interested in giving it a try.

I really think that part of being a true Knicks fan, if such a thing truly exists, is to really want to give up on the team after days like this when you are reminded of the kind of management we have and have had for so many years. But then you realize you can't love another team as much as you love this one, and no matter how much we are dependent on the questionable moves those above the Knicks hierarchy make, you can only bleed blue and orange.

I truly hope that we will have a more exciting time than the past season and pretty soon. I hope we will soon rejoice on an amazing Knicks accomplishment that will happen, well, in spite of the business men trying to ruin, I mean, run the Knicks.

this is my garbage team. Its balance in life I guess. It reminds how lucky I am to be a Giants fan. NYG are as well run and classy an org in all sports. Even the team is generally high character (LT aside, but coke and hookers? Not sayin its right, but I understand). I havent loved the Yankees moves past the recent titles. We got away from team and went with stars, but they still win, still build and dont let good young players walk for nothing.

Then the Knicks... an owner with zero respect for the franchise and fans.

To me the Knicks are like family. They may be dysfunctional, wife beating yes men drunks droning behind one of the worst owners in sports but they are mine. Just is what it is. I dont have to pretend to like who they are, but Im not leaving either. This does breed apathy

It is what it is. You have to take the good with the bad with fandom. I'm a die hard New York Jets fan as well, so they're even longer suffering for a championship than the Knicks are. You think I liked the Tebow trade. I phucking wanted to shoot myself that same day. I'm over it now, and I'm looking forward to the mess called the Rex Ryan Jets.

lets give it til the allstar break to determine lin depature..weather it was good or bad..

keep in mind, that no knick in 10 yrs as progress in his second season as a knick, they usually regress and are traded

fields
douglas
Steph
curry
bill walker
chandler
gallo

the list is endless, and if you really think about all these players in there 2nd yr, were awful in some cases..and i had a strong feeling lin was next..

even melo started last season shooting the worse he has in his career.

all star break? Who cares.. this Knick team should win 50 games. Is that the issue? Average age of this team is well over 30, and thats only cause Shumpert screws the average.

We let our best prospect, starting PG and player with most upside leave. For nothing. NADA. We have no picks, cap space, MLE and a very very old roster

Ricky Rubio! Kevin Love!

Go for it! It won't really work though.

Had enough Melo?
