Dont think anyone is rejoicing; its sports dude. We've seen Bernard King fight back from a serious knee injury and was shown the door just as he was ready to play. Rod Stickland was traded, Mark Jackson, Ewing the all time leading scorer in Knick history was shown the door for his efforts, Frazier was traded....Tyring to figure out why Lin is the final straw?

The Melo trade was the last straw we just gave Dumblin time to redeem himself.....but guess what?

I'm glad you're of the belief that everyone who doesn't agree with the Knicks moves is a troll, Rocket fan, Nets fan, or Lin fan. Good for you.

All I did is add a link for those who wish to switch to the rockets to post their reasons. Looks like a nice site with a great bunch of guys.

We are not getting Chris Paul. I don't see anything thing good for us to trade with. Plus Donald Sterling is a stingy/shrewd business man. He will not make any good trades with the Knicks.

Wow Uptown you're actually proving his point, right now. Right there you are proving his point. Its like those women who keep going back to guys that beat them with baseball bats because they didnt cook dinner right or something. At some point some of those women after they get some black eyes and their family talks to them are smart enough to leave. Then there are a whole other group of women who fight off their family and police men and defend the husbands who in some cases eventually end up murdering their wives... Yea, like that.

You're seriously not comparing Lin to Bernard King, Clyde Frazier, and Patrick Ewing, are you?

Yeah. I registered on there with all the Lin stuff going on and was going to talk some sh@t but when I started to read what they were saying I chose not to. Seems like a great site and a great group of guys. Personally I am staying with the Knicks and I agree with the poster that said threads like this should be locked. Leave if you want but UK needs to be a drama free zone in my opinion.

But letting him walk for nothing, because of imagined insults.

From this organization? That had Larry Brown run out of town because he wanted to not be part of a gestapo media environment- that he had road side interviews?

Hope the Nets do well.

How so? For supporting the team that's here, not players that choose to leave?

Lin was a restricted free agent.

The Knick organization is the ones that allowed Lin to leave without getting any compensation.

And when we're watching our capped out mediocre team stand around watching Melo dribble the ball into the ground because felton sprained his fat azz and Jason Kidd had a flare up of arthritis, you can be a 'true fan' of futility and mismanagement.

I'll be here supporting til the very end. No strings attached, dumb ass owner or not.

I've seen much worse out of this organization than letting Lin go.

Still don't get the correlation. So supporting the team that's here is akin to being a battered wife? Is that what you're trying to say? That improving the team defensively and resigning key guys is some sort of beating or abuse? Help me out here.

Wow you sure schooled me! I don't choose to believe what MSG tells me. I'm a fan of the team first and foremost. I'm a fan of the players they bring in, especially in uniform right now. If the team is stinking up the joint, I voice my displeasure like any other fan. Dolan and his bottom line I could give 2 ****s about.

P.S. - Amare still sucks gorilla dong until he develops one pivot move, Lin Luva!
