Welp. It's official.

One step closer to Dolan ruining yet another Knicks team with his ego.

Seth Rosenthal ‏@seth_rosenthal

RT @ByNateTaylor: The Knicks have made the Raymond Felton & Kurt Thomas, via a sign-and trade deal, official.

LMAO! This whole Lin saga can ready be made into a movie. You cannot make this stuff up! More drama than Days Of Our Lives and Dallas combined. More suspense than your heart can handle.

on Knicksnow.com Lin's name isn't on the website. I read his name was removed Saturday, back on Sunday, and back off today....

Al Iannazzone ‏@Al_Iannazzone

Knicks get Ray and Kurt Thomas for Jeffries, Gadzuric, the draft rights to Papanikolaou and Printezis and a protected 2nd-round pick

both the Greeks included.

wow, and a future 2nd round pick and cash. Looks like we continue to "pay" the premium, we didn't even receive the draft rights for that shooter that was in there originally by Portland or a future 2nd round pick coming back....

Wait, you're saying Knicks got Raymond just to make sure Rockets don't have a PG to sign?

I don't know why people have been saying that since Saturday- if the rockets lose out on Lin, they'll just sign Aaron Brooks- he wants back, suns renounced him and he's played well for the rockets in the past.

Felton deal isn't official because they're still haggling over the draft rights to Greek players. No way we can pull out of it- we screwed Felton in the Melo trade, then we screwed him at the start of the offseason when we were about to sign him before we suddenly went for Kidd at the last minute, no way we would screw him AGAIN, especially when he wants to be here so much.

Someone said Kidd played a lot of SG for Dallas, but honestly a backcourt of Lin, Felton, Kidd, JR and Shump is unworkable. Don't see how Lin stays.

Aaron Brooks just signed with the Sacramento Kings.

I'd love for the Knicks to announce matching on Lin and trade for Felton and be like, "Peace out, Morey!" Unfortunately, Dolan is an idiot.

Sam Amick ‏@sam_amick

As @Thirty2zero - free agent point guard Aaron Brooks - just tweeted, source confirms he has agreed to sign with the Kings.

Well, if we really want to screw Morey, we could now brooks is off the market. However, maybe brooks suddenly signing with the kings (bad fit) indicates rockets know we're not matching Lin.

Felton deal official. Still doesn't change the opinion that Knicks resign Lin though.

So now the Knicks are poised to lose support from both the Greek and Chinese communities, after losing the Italians following the Gallo trade.

I think Dolan is enjoying this, seeing that everyone is hanging on to his decision. Maybe he really did this on purpose. Save the Lin decision for the climax.
