side 1: Lin is an ungrateful little bitch and we should be thankful that he's gone
side 2: Lin has already secured his spot in the Hall of Fame, so why the hell would the Knicks let him play anywhere else?
I was being sarcastic because what I wrote (side 1) is the opinion of many here.
There is nobody on side 2 that says Lin is a Hall of Famer or any mumbo jumbo. They just don't feel it's prudent to lose him for nothing and replace him with a worse player in Felton when they overpaid for Isiah's lottery teams all those years.
