(because we need guards)

Weaknesses: One-on-one game needs improvement for the NBA ... Lacks an in-between game (in between what?), his shot off the dribble is not very solid ... In general he’s not very good to create own shot (his job is to create for others)... Despite his strong body is not a good rebounder (we have Tyson and Shump for that)... Plays the PG position but may need to transition over the the 2 position for the NBA (sez who?)... Needs to become a little more assertive, (vocal leadership) particularly if he wants to play PG ...(can be fixed once he gets comfortable in NYC)

Strengths: Certainly one of the most complete guards of the young generation in Europe ... Tomas is a point guard with great size, excellent vision and ability to pass the ball ... Physically strong, allowing him to easily finish near the rim ... He is a good spot-up shooter, with range out to the three point line ... Shooting is not his first offensive option, but in the last Eurocup season he averaged 43% from the distance ... He's a smooth player with a quick first step and a strong ability to finish in traffic ... He also possesses standout athletic ability by European standards (he's a spectacular dunker!) ... He has a winning spirit, and always competes hard ... He is also a good defensive player because of his desire, athleticism and the versatility to defend multiple positions ...

Long live the BBC.

My bad Earl. I didn't see that you already mentioned Sataransky

Younger Rubio again, not sure if we can afford to draft a player that cannot be part of our team?
He does look like he has some good upside though, especially at our pick.
Hope we can add some mid/late 2nd rounders.

With the 16th pick that we gift wrapped to Houston we could've had Marquis Teague would've been the perfect backup pg to Lin as he would provide youth, speed & offense off the bench against other teams 2nd unit

Are we going to also mention the 2nd round pick we gave up for Melo too from Golden State?

Scott Machado, PG from Iona, should be the pick.

Thats a 2nd round pick and we are talking about for Carmelo Anthony. We gave up the 16th pick to get rid of one of Isiah's assume blunders Jared Jeffries to get Lebron who then signed with Miami. Which means we didn't give up the 16th pick for a player the calibur of Melo but for basically absolutely NOTHING

Highndsight(sp?) is 20/20. We wouldn't have even been in play for LeBron plus another max contract without that trade. Donnie had to do it.

If u want to blame Donnie for something bame him for taking Jordan Hill so we had to send him plus a pick. If the player he picked was better then maybe we dont have to send that pick along with him

Teague has upside, but he's a few years away from being an NBA point guard. I don't think he's the right fit for us right now.

True. Just got home and saw Denver picked up Quincy Miller from Baylor. Nice pickup! It amazes how much talent that Baylor team had. Their coach, Scott Drew, has done a horrible job of developing talent.

I'll be happy if Doron LambDarius Johnson-Odom falls to us. Talk about a perfect fit!

there are only like 3 picks before the knicks pick and he's on the board. it's not THAT much of a longshot. but he'll prob go 47th
