Who cares who my first choice for a PG is. I'm not the damn coach of a professional team.

Obviously you did since you were so bothered by it. Don't pretend not to care when you do.

There is no way that Lin plays for a team other than the Knicks last year. Dolan may be a lot of things but the guy knows how to make money and Lin is a cash cow to the Knicks.

For example, http://streetball.com/profiles/blogs/jeremy-lin-traffic-breaks-knicks-website-record

Don't forget this kid is a "Tebow" christian.

Maybe god can save the knicks.

Are we really worthy?

He transends above basketball. Handsome Harvard graduate with Asian ancestry and devote beliefs willing to be public with them.

Lin is not just a basketball player, he is a "Movement".

Kah-Ching.

Thats not the sound of anything Asian but the sound of the cash register!

Knicks will pay for Lin that is a no brainier. Dolan is in it for the money and Lin makes the Knicks a marketing juggernaut. Lin increases the value of the organization ironically for team only concerned with playoffs and championship aspiration on the secondary, having Lin on the team is a godsend.

Didnt we learn from the early 2000's what a small backcourt does to your defense u have to guard the likes of Kobe

Lin is like 6-3. Shump is 6-5 with Wings. On paper not small. Shump(if healthy) can handle Kobe.

in 16 years few can guard Kobe anyway.

And I know people are going to say Lin to the bench. I counter with tell dolan that lin is off to the bench and linsanity is over before even getting started

gunsnewing clearly didn’t see the NBA finals last year when Dallas used JB and JT in the backcourt a lot and won the championship against the Heat.

Lin is good for New York. Lin is good for Dolan. Lin is good for NYK's and MSG's ticket sales. Lin most probably will stay in New York. There is nothing to be afraid of. We have Melo and Stat, Shump and Novak. I believe in these men. They just need to get their act together.
