Jordan Hill was mishandled while he was here and undervalued to the point where he the Knicks gave up a top 5 draft pick with him to move Jeffries. He was not buried on the bench and not developed by his coach because he anticipated that he was going to commit domestic violence 3 years later. Hill choking his girlfriend is totally wrong. D'Antoni not playing Hill as the 7th pick in the draft on that team that year was also totally wrong. I don't think anyone is pining away for Jordan Hill. I do think people are pissed at how he was handled and devalued while he was here. Personally that is my position.

i was VEHEMENTLY against drafting hill. i believe myself and bip were the two most outspoken. the kid didn't have game in college, he played in a weak pac10 and his numbers were very soft. i didn't think ANY of his game would translate.

That might be true. They wanted Rubio, Curry or Flynn but they got screwed and panicked. But watch him in tonights game, he looks much much better.

he looks better because he's always on the court with either pau or bynum and he doesn't need to worry about scoring. he has no offensive game, so he can just focus on getting rebounds and playing defense.

If his improvement is anything it in a way justifies the draft pick.

How was he mishandled? His crap play on a lousy team should be continued and supported by furthering to disrupt the progress of others and continue to get minutes even if out of shape?

He comes in unprepared and out of shape and we don't put any of this on him?

Teams miscue players all the time. Get over it.
