I like this move. Does anyone know when the deadline to add free agents to your roster and have them be playoff eligible? You can't have too much height.

Billy had helped us some in the playoffs last year. He played better than most of our guard rotation last year. He filled in for Melo pretty well during Linsanity and was probably still a good backup SF. I would have cut Toney Douglas.
TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

The KNicks reupped Douglas. Also, Walker came back from his injury a bit chunky. The Knicks have a lot of swingmen and with emergency of Shumpert as a 30+ a minute player I don't think there was a need for Walker.

Walker stinks. I used to like Gadz back in the day. Reminded me of a poor man's Camby- he was super athletic, got a lot of boards, made a lot of hustle plays and got some blocks. But his game is all athleticism and he is old now.
