Nazr clearly has the skills to be just as good as Maglore, who by the way, was an All-star the East this year. If I remember correctly he was not much of a shot blocker even the beginning of this year. The guy puts up like 12pts 10rebds and 1.3 blocks a game. Nazr can easily put up these numbers, maybe 1.0 block a game, but that’s virtually identical.

When was the last time in the past few years that we could have said that we have a potential double-double real C? Camby was never a real C, so we have to go back all the way to when we had Ewing, and that is obviously not a feasible comparison.

I seen Maglore take over a gamer and lead his team in scoring in the high 20'seven with a baron Davis on the team, when NAZR does that I would consider him a all-star too ,until then ya just hyping the guy up being bias.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Leading your team to 1 win while putting up 20+ while averagin 12 pts a game has been done many times by many players, Kurt Thomas being one of them even this season, even with Marbury, Van Horn playing. That does not make an All-Star or even special.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Nazr has done that in the past also. So has Fortson, Brian Cardinal, Mark Blount, Kenny Thomas, Foyle, Dalembert, Gooden, & Troy Murphy. They aren't allstars either. You're right it's about doing it consistently. everyone has fluke games. I've have seen KT do it for some consistent stretches. This year for whatever reason he hasn't done it yet. We could really us some consistency from Kurt for this playoff run.

"It's like when you have a guy like Dennis Rodman, he never wanted to score the basketball. He took a 3-pointer here and there for the crowd and he scored when he was open, but his prime objective was go out and play defense and rebound the ball."

He's comparing himself to the Worm ... Knicks needed a guy like this.
