I'm curious did you resize your graphic using vector or bitmap? It looks like it's suffering from too low resolution. It's like an 1980's Atari game character now. You want to be able to resize and keep the quality at a level where it's still a smooth circle or oval!

all the smileys start out as vectors. and i edit them as vectors. but when i unltimately save them, they get safed as .gifs. but i'm not doing any re-sizing after they are saved.

Oh man- whenever people start setting their goals higher after a few wins, we ALWAYS start losing- it's a killer jinx! Let's just keep our eyes on actually making the playoffs- one more losing streak and we won't even make 8th seed.

There are a few variables, its not just what we do but what other teams ahead of us do as well. Hopefully we move far enough ahead to avoid Miami so we can build some momentum before we take them on because I'm pretty sure we'll have to get by them at some point.

That looks better, tho it's a bit darker now and you lose some of the clarity of the goatee. It's much better now tho. You think the Woody is ready for prime time?

I'm not drinking the Kool Aid yet....This team hasn't shown that they can sustain this kind of effort....maybe a week from today, after the Milwaukee game, if we have 4 more wins (4-1) we got a shot of making the playoffs. That would make us .500 with 16 games to go. Of those 16 games, only 6 of them are against teams under .500

We have to start beating teams ahead of us in the East to even make the playoffs.

Chicago 2x
Miami 1x
Boston 1x
Orlando 2x
Atlanta 2x
Indy 1x
Milwaukee 1x

good thing is, more of those games are at home then away

I think we will make the playoffs but like you, I will not get my hopes up yet. The coaching change definitely brings a new element of excitement to the players and I don't how long that lasts (5-10 games?). I want to see how the team settles in after that. That will be the true test for the team and will show us if they are for real and if Woodson is for real.

The Knicks need to sustain the effort. The margins of victory won't stay the same, but the defensive intensity can mean that the Knicks will win a lot more games because there hasn't been exceptionally good or poor shooting. My main concern for this year with New York was getting in, and I think they will.

Right now Philly is winning in Charlotte and Boston is losing in ATL, tho it's close. If Boston loses that clearly tightens or little race. You just kind of knew that Charlotte would fold. They're down 16 at the moment.

if it comes down to 7 or 8 I rather play Chicago who we always play close even with MDA than Miami who is dangerous in the playoffs.

FREAKIN HAWKS They're at home and can't knock off a tired Celtics team. Oh Well tonight's a bust in terms of getting some help from these other teams.

Man, caught the end of that. Hawks bailed the Celtics out of a back court violation with about 20 seconds left. And Teague could not have shot that wide open 3 any uglier if he tried.
