you're saying it's all small sample size. let's see what every other player in the league shoots with late game defenses keying on them in late game situations over 44 shots. i'd really love to see it. because that whole chart is small sample sizes and melo is number 1 in the league.

Hey as I was saying all year, I was still waiting for Melo to be the reason we win games and he's been stepping up lately! This is what we mortgaged so much for. This in no way absolves him of what he wasn't doing all year before this recent turnaround, but it's just what we needed from him. No one was saying he couldn't do this, cuz we've all seen him play like this in the past, but it was missing all year. Now tho he's worked himself into such great shape that he can also DEFEND along with score. This is literally the best Melo of all worlds, cuz he's bringing in on both ends!!!

It seems that some want to forget that we were a loss away from dropping out of the playoffs. The bulk of the season is just as important as these last few games where Melo has been playing up to his talent level. No one hates Melo, we just want him to play up to his potential. I want him to be a leader on and off the court and lately he's been stepping up his game on both ends. I actually think this is the best shape he's been in his entire career. He's never played this hard for 48 minutes on both ends!!!
