I think PHil might be getting tired of Dr. Buss coming over for sunday dinner and having to endure his tongue baths.

Maybe Jeannie don't get the gig because she is sleeping with Zombie Phil?

Who knows, and we can't speak for Phil can we?

Its not about phil, its about the mutant Isiah who will creep back in.

darrell walker, one of the assistants woodson hired, coached for isiah in toronto.

so if we're keeping score at home that's now grunwald, woodson and walker who have direct isiah ties and are in high positions in the knicks organization. isiah isn't technically in the building, but his fingerprints are everywhere.

Guess I have to explain my earlier post. I tend to just rant and not edit my post.

1. I apologize to Richard Beckinsale. I had no intention to mock him. I only used that example because I don't have time to figure out which hot celebrity has a gay dad (not that there's anything wrong with it). I work as a line producer in independent film business, I should know better.

2. Richard Beckinsale = Jim Dumblan/Isaiah Thomas the ambiguous gay duo; sleeping with Kate Beckinsale = coaching the Knicks;

3. There was no logic to my example, that was the point. There's absolutely no logic to even consider Phil taking this job, unless he's so old he forgot why he was smart enough to turn down this job twice already.

4. I made an error. Pat Riley was in bad terms with Charles Dolan (yea yea, say it's Layden, etc, but really, Charles' the one that's paying everyone. He had the final say and Pat realized Charles was never going to give him that power). I didn't mean to say Charles was dumb, just typing too fast and not clarifying that.

5. I have a weird sense of humor where I use very disturbing vision to explain how ridiculous something is when people don't understand (i.e. Thinking about Phil considering the coaching job). I'm glad some of you got great laughs, which means my sense of humor hasn't completely gone bazaar. Some of you will not be able to sleep, and well, I'm sorry, dunno what to say about that

6. Woodson should be a good fit because he's more defensive minded, which our team desperately needs and it showed in last 2 games. Woodson got all the offensive power players on this team, scoring shouldn't be a problem once Amar'e and Melo get the groove back.

7. Expect more of my posts this way. It's just me and I have a hard time not being myself. The replies about considering letting Richard have his way with you... those were funny. Thanks!

No sweat, it was a great line btw!

Charles Dolan is the one hitting on Isiah and getting those tongue baths.

At this point I could go with a redemption story if the knicks win. It would disgust me all the while.

Funny thought, Woodson and Walker are former knicks. Not quite the Ewing/Oakley one would think if we thought about two ex knicks coaching.

I have to be fair, I do believe coaches get better with age and experience. They build upon themselves even in failure.

I have used Joe Torre as an example. The guy flamed out in two jobs before finding the right formula with the yankees. ALthough that formula might have been Steinbrenners open checkbook!
