Fire yourself from LIFE.

Trade Melo for anything, doesn't even have to be a player. I'll take an extra set of practice balls.

The question about extra balls always remains: where would you keep them?

I'm keeping the faith right now. We can take a couple of hits more as long as this is part of a breaking down process to build something up.

I think we have good players that would like to play right, but because of lack of time to integrate and revolving door rotations are still struggling to establish some form of consistent game flow every night. Although I am disappointed by his early season performance, Amare seems to be really trying to bring himself back and work within D'Antoni's system. He and Chandler are this team's leaders and it's on D'Antoni to find a way to make them work together. Other guys like Lin, Novak, JJ, Shump, Jorts and even BD are trying their best to make things work, and I'm fine with that even if they do the occasional bonehead play. Those players are a good and they want to do better.

I also think Melo wants to make it work, but he's having the hardest time reconciling his style of play with that of D'Antoni. This is between him and the coach. The same with JR. I'm fine with the missed jump shots taken in the flow of the game. I'm not fine if he pouts, while people around him are trying.

It's not easy putting all these things together and I was hoping for some more progress than we've after that all star break, but I'm not giving up yet.

Lin will go through hell. He'll be dissected and attacked by opposing PGs and the media. Scrubs are going to go hard at him to make him look bad. He'll have to step up, particularly on defense. I think he knows that and will have to work on it.

For me, I don't care as much about positioning. I don't care if we have to go through Chicago or Miami, as long as at the end of the regular season, we know this is a team that has learned to play together, where Melo gets high efficiency shots, Amare is an offensive threat again, and Lin weaves the symphony that brings them all together.

And whatever happens, we must never ever lose to Boston again. That is where I am irrational.

So sad. After 10 years of misery we were poised for summer 2010. It netted us 2 stars. And we are still horrible. With so much awful **** that goes on in the world this shouldn't be so depressing. But I'm so depressed about this.

For me, the 2011-2012 Knicks season started and ended with those 9 beautiful games in February.

See you next year.

No they lost their privelages with the Saturn, the Dreamcast should've never happened.

I think they're making Sonic games now, that's a good role.

The Dreamcast was a great console. Its a shame that they couldnt compete with Sony and Microsoft.

Never stood a chance!

Why do you think Dreamcast failed so miserably? I remember 2k was good on it.

I wonder if anyone was nuts like me and taped Knicks games?
Through most of the 1990's I taped just about all of them.
'93 '94 I have them all, I think.

Any tapers here?

Wonders if Phil Jackson is still doing peyote and shrooms in Montana, and would consider switching to Chronic and Yayo from Uptown instead...

What's a good breakfast for a Sunny Sunday morning & a game at noon?

Waffles, bacon & a Bacon/scrambles egg/ on roll (Salt Pepper)
Coffee also, I guess (alcohol around 1 or so.....late night)

^^^^ This would have made a pretty good thread on its own, right?
