Also Eddy Curry is dangerously primed to be scrub of the game- he's sucked the last two he played in, but he's psyched and out for revenge after we outrageously had the cheek to pay him tens of millions of dollars while he did nothing and couldn't be bothered coming to camp in shape. We need to keep an eye out for Mike Miller too- he's been crap this season, which means he's also primed to have a huge game against us.

This has the potential to be the worst, most humiliating, most annoying loss of the season! A win would be nice though! Looks like it's up to Stat to beast like he has never beasted before.

I don't think Eddy has it in him to be primed for anything.

D'Antoni hasn't fianlised it yet, but I'm guessing it'll be:

C- Tyson
PF- Amar'e
SF- Garbage
SG- Fields
PG- Garbage

Bench players:

Garbage

I'd maybe move Fields to SF, and start Garbage at SG.

I'm glad that the bum isn't playing. I can't stand him.

Overshadowing the fact that Melo is a great ISO player is the fact that he is not a team player.
We need to get back to playing TEAM basketball like pre-trade times.
He's already being booed in the garden..he is playing horrific..don't go by points he is averaging as it means nothing....

he cannot play D, he's a selfish and ISO player, ZERO spirit to win, poor % shooting, negative body language

If you haven't noticed, our players are already resenting him.

We need to trade him ASAP.
Let's call the NETS about DWill, MBrooks and picks before EVERYONE in the league

I wish I could easily stop watching Knick games, but even though I fully expect a huge loss (it's obvious they're going to lose bady), part of me can't help but feel we might somehow pull off a surprise win- accursed optimisim...

STAT needs a PG to being back his PnR game. Melo needs a PG to control his ISO tendencies. We got Melo for his Closing abilities, of which he's one of the best. Let's not forget what the plan was and why we have STAT, Melo and Tyson. Just cuz we lack a PG to bring it all together doesn't mean it was a mistake. USE LOGIC!

It's also a mistake to assume the Knicks can't play a good game despite Melo being out. All it take is for the TEAM to play TEAM BB. One guy being out shouldn't mean this team falls apart. Just play good TEAM ball and they can compete.

I told myself I wasn't going to watch the Bobcats game either. Turned it on in the 2nd quarter and was pleasantly surprised. I'm sure I'll be checking in tonight, although I won't commit myself to it for 2 1/2 hours...
