Normally I'd say give him a week or two of practice to get back in the swing of things, but a) it clearly didn't benefit any of our players at the start of the season, and b) there are so few practice days this season, he's not really going to get the chance to do that. I hope he plays well for us and gets Amar'e going, but I do wonder how many games fans will give him before they start declaring him a bust if he understandably starts off slow
It will take one game. That's all the "fans" are going to give him. His performance doesn't matter that much either. The "fans" will chew him up and spit him out after ONE game. Mark my words. Now this ONE game might not be his first game after he comes back ,if we win. The ONE game will be a loss, very likely the first loss after his comeback. With the negativity and the new ammunition that the "gloom and doom " crew have this season(not to mention the newcomers- I am talking about you childstodudley's (or should I call you GKF or whatever your former handle was) buddy) anyway, BD better bring Vaseline because he is about to feel the hate and the pain after our first loss that follows his comeback.
