You all know so much and I know so very little.

Of course an 8 man rotation in a 66 game season is genius. It will really keep us fresh for when the games really count - in the playoffs.

You remember the playoffs, right? They start after the regular season. Whoever wins in the playoffs win the championship. The regular season has no championship. The playoffs do. If players are dead tired (as they were in the Boston series last year and every playoff series D'antoni has ever coached) at the end of the year then that will not bode well for a playoff run.

But what do I know? The same people calling me a "bad Knicks fan" were bashing the Shumpert pick and many other things during the Walsh tenure, while I didn't because I understand how the game is played.

Don't ever criticize the Knicks on a win streak. You know, because they're a championship team n a win streak and a lottery team on a losing streak. Such is life on this forum.

The Knicks have only beaten one team over .500 and that was the Sixers. They also have some injuries and aren't getting much scoring off the bench. Hopefully this changes and the minutes are more balanced but the Knicks needed to win last night.

^ Division wins are technically worth more. Especially head-to-head wins with a team that is seemingly going to be close in the playoffs seedings to the Knicks.

There's no question that the Knicks had to win that game! Gotta beat the teams in your division. More important they had to put a little bit of a question in the minds of the Sixers as to whether they're as good as they think they are or not.

Mike Bibby isn't a shooting guard. He's 34 years old, slow and too small for the position. He's never played that position in his career. He's more of a natural PG than Toney. If you said Toney at SG it would make much more sense than what you proposed.

Against the Washington Wizards last week, shooting guard Mike Bibby shot 4 for 6. In the next game, Mike Bibby shot 4 for 5 and scored 20 points again as a shooting guard. Didn't you notice that Shumpert was playing point guard in those games?
