I guess you wrote some of this on an iPhone or similar?!

Yup. Sitting on my bench outside front door smoking furiously, trying to get the world to stop shifting. I think my spelling wasn't bad given the circumstances!

Speaking of, thats my tip. When you get back from a serious session, drink a loooot of water. Till you cant anymore. Then no hangover.

Try taking a multivitamin before you go out drinking firefly, cuts down on hangovers.

Yeah I know, but who remembers to take multivitamins before going out on the lash? Bad enough remembering the propylactics, let alone anything else.

therer something comforting about sitting there on your knees, looking into the abyss and whatever you left over from last time, and knowing that you dont have to move for any worldly needs at this specific moment in time. I find it steadies things alittle.

did you have bloody marys to start the day off? that likely would've been the prudent hing. how was the hangover?

Bloody marys are NASTY.

NO WAY!!!

nothing better with a hangover. Tell your bartender you want a dirty, spicy bloody mary. Thank me later

Just gonna add a dill pickle spear is a wonderful swizzle stick with those. /me has apnea and drinking is off limits these days.
I can have a sip or two but seldom even drink beer anymore.

My fav Crown & ginger ale with a lime twist -Excellent low hangover drink

Well, maybe it's a blessing in disguise. I've been known to drink too much. Was kinda happy I was going to the Middle East again for that reason

Crown with a splash of ginger is my go to bar ****tail. Easy to throw down. Never really thought of it as a hangover drink but that makes sense

And, yeah, I love the pickle garnish. I love getting the the dill pickles that are complete cucumbers (with the skin all the way around) and pickled asparagus. That really works well. But the key to a good bloody mary is a shot of olive juice thrown in. Works for flavor and makes it easier to drink.

For the record, the Great Allanfan20 will be getting the drinking on tonight. No Bloody Marys though.

Dunno if it's still on haven't been there in years. 'Surf Club' on Ft Myers Beach has bloody Mary's for a dollar from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday. The natives call it 'church' Time's gone by I'd be snookered by 2:30 and looking for a BBQ somewhere.

I like mine a little spicier than most but, no, if I need a bloody mary I probably have some indigestion going on. no need to tempt fate. I just think it tastes better with some tabasco. If you don't like the spice, just ask for a tiny bit. I think it makes all the difference in terms of taste

I meant seldom hungover when drinking those. Hangovers occur much more frequently with those fruity sweet drinks. That said doing drive-up in N'awleans is still a treat if u can get there. Smoothie's as man intended
