its a big number. If we get a hard cap and his salary is over 22mil. Him and Amare would be like 42-43million. Cap was 58 this year! How we fill out a roster on 16million and hope to compete?

I would think If they go to a hard cap they would have to have some sort of Roll back or waiver the first year or two so salaries can get in line with the new cap. I believe that was the case when the NHL instituted their hard cap
