For this team right now I take Raymond. He already understands the game. Already knows how to direct the team and make sure they run the offense. He already understands when to reign the team in and settle things down and when we need to push the pace. he already understands when to go for his offense and when to step aside. Most importantly he alreayd has an ability to impose his will on every game played and force other teams to play at our pace. He's a leader

Jennings may be better one day(not sure if that's true) but he has a lot to learn. For this team, right now....It's Felton
