I'm very impressed with the Knicks tonight. They look pretty good for so early in the season. The defense has been really good with the exception of some bad lapses. We're contesting shots. If we were hitting more shots we'd be up in this game. The refs are also clearly giving the C's the better whistle. They're letting the C's get away with murder on some of these physical collisions.

The Knicks look unafraid and ready to compete with the C's and i'm very happy about that. Now they need to tighten up some of the bad shot selection. LOVE TIMO tonight too. How you like Timo tonight BRIGGS?

Hats off to the scouts who found Fields/Mosgov. When was the last time the Knicks could start two rooks?

Somebody's got to bury a jump shot. This will open it up for Fields, Mosgov and STAT

Wilson and Toney have looked great. Amare and Ray have been so so. Turiaf and Timo are solid inside.

Gallo looks like craaaaap right now. Crap crap crap.

I might consider giving Gallo limited time until his wrist is not an issue. Maybe he just hasn't found his rhythm, but the shot does not seem to be there, and I'm thinking he's hurt more than he or the Knicks want us to know.

I have been thinking its all in his head becuase of Melo... but I don't know at this rate. Maybe it's the wrist. Whatever the case he needs to be limited until he looks better.

Didn't know it was an issue. They should set a few screens for him so he can find his stroke, too much iso.
