Jees this is more what I envisioned when this team was put together and why Im reluctant to break it apart. You want see what the guys can do when playing well as a unit. We have the best frontcourt player in basketball--we have a lot of size that can do things--this team can do some things--this should be a winning basketball team.

whoa, GREAT finish to the half by Ray and Amare. THAT'S what this combo can look like.

that last half court bounce pass by Ray to a streaking Amare was pretty freaking sweet. they're getting their timing. they're getting their timing.

I said this after the Wizards game, but their best lineup right now is:

PG Ray
SG Toney
SF Gallo
PF Amare
C Mozgov

ray and toney cause absolute HAVOC in the backcourt together.

Amare putting on a show. Seeing Amare beast makes me thirstier for Melo.

One thing that we still have to address is rebounding--night after night we just have continued to get real hurt on the boards--that will hold a team down. More guys need to crash the offensive boards and box out on the other side. We played good D and O if we rebounded--we would be +30

Have to +1 that. We still aren't getting complete games from key players and it still looks good! Nobody wants greatness for the Knicks more then me, but let it come. Game 5 of the preseason. Still a long road to hoe.
