Yeah AR didn't look good on the perimeter whatsoever. Did you see that nasty shot he threw from the 3-pt line? All backboard, no rim.
Different story in the paint though. Seeing glimpses of a great slasher and post-moves.

They're playing great D on Amare. He gets smothered everytime he tries to spin to the rim.

Mozgov had a sweet block.

Knicks are getting killed on the fast-break defense. They are however, clearly a way more athletic and agile team than last year. The passing and turnovers are sloppy but I honestly believe this is due to the fact that none of these guys have ever played with each other before. First game, what do you expect?

to be fair, we all can't go too crazy about the 1st pre-season game. also there is a lot more motivation for milano to win than the knicks, although i doubt the knicks are not coming in to win.

we have so many new guys it's gonna take time.

we've been missing some open looks (td, mason, gallo...although he hit some too).

we're also on the road and with jetlagged players who have only been there for a few days.

not making excuses, but it's pretty early.

at this point this is an evaluation of who will be in the rotation and who won't (plus we have to cut 1 guy, i think).

what you like about mosgov is that he is aggressive going to the basket, and will draw fouls...and with his really good ft shooting will score a bit from that (assuming he plays).

Mozgov is definitely looking promising. Doing all the right things, active on defense and offense, getting a lot of nice touches. Ooh nice J by Mozgov from the dish from Wilson.

oh %$#! scary moment!!! Mozgov just grabbed his knee in pain after he fell to the ground for a loose rebound. Looks to be okay...

Stoudmire into the game. Bill Walker is out. I don't remember Walker being a factor in any play during his minutes in the game.

They are playing as expected, a new bunch of kids that have had no time playing with each other, I hope they get used to playing together quickly.

Or perhaps he is not capable of creating his own shot against strong defenders.
