Mozgov looks like he would've been picked in the late teens to me. He looks like a better prospect than the Perovic/Andruskevicius types. He knows how to use his size which a lot of European prospects don't. I think he can hit the board and block shots from day 1, but fouls will be an issue. If we are lucky he can be a Biedrins type.

The guy is polished but not quite dominant. He still has some strength to work on despite his skillset. He blocks shots, is over seven feet and is mobile. Since he isn't dominant but has potential and those other qualities, he'd go from anywhere between 7 and 15.
