what is the age average team USA has? Isn't it one of the youngest teams in the tournament?

One thing you can notice on his D is when he has to guard quicker guys on the outside his feet quickly leave the ground as he tries to block shots from the outside... thus loosing balance... Durant used that a couple of times against him with nice shotfakes!!!

Kid did a good job moving his feet on that last Odom block. He should, at the bare minimuj, be as good as Rasho Nestorovic. Timo's lateral quickness and stamina are impressive.

This is pretty promising. We actually have five guys that can block shots on this years team. Maybe this kids starts, maybe he doesn't, but give Walsh credit he looks like a nice find.

That was a nice block on Westbrook, maybe with a little contact. With AR and Mosgov on board the Knicks should have their best year for blocks since Ewing was in his prime.

Yeah, you have to like the fact that he isn't afraid to challenge players who attack the rim.

no more easy baskets against our team, thank god.

we'll see how much time he gets, but he seems to put out a lot of effort which has to go over well with mda.

honestly, i don't see how that mosgov block on derrick rose (not westbrook) was a foul. makeup call for what happened on the other end perhaps, but that wasn't mosgov's fault.

He's played aggressively, boxed out and set good picks. He runs the floor well. He looks raw against the US players, but has the physical ability to hang with them. Russia looks better with him on the floor than off. The US was definitely locking down his screen play, which is easier to do when the other players can't really punish you [I can't see an opposing team rotating a wing under to cut off Mozgov's cut to the basket with Gallo on the wing]. His hands are a little hard when it comes to receiving the ball, but the PG has been slow in getting the ball to Mozgov on the pick and roll, something I think Felton will be better at.

All that said, he is sitting on the bench with foul trouble...
