Listen son, I know you're new, but on this board, your statements have to be somewhat 'factorial'. Let me learn you something:

Felton/Azu/Gallo/Amare/Turiaf isn't a weak starting lineup. Its got a lot of length, solid defense and enough offense to go around.
Randolph/Chandler/Douglas make a pretty solid 8 man rotation. This team will average 105 or so points per game and give up about 98. Not a huge margin... but it also is pretty fresh with a solid All NBA power forward and a lot of upside talent. I think a lot of players are seeing what is going on here and want to be part of it. This team (and the front office) are showing some solid fundamentals and, while I don't predict ECF this year, I'd guess that they'll be there in less than 3.

You know I gonna spin wit it

Last year we won 29 games, and you've been quite insistent that Amare is no better than Lee. So the addition of AR and Felton is enough to add 23 wins?

April - clinch 8th seed, face heavy favorites Heat on first round

toney douglas undercuts chris bosh boxing out in the free throw lane, brawl ensues, knick players remain on bench while the idiots from miami enter the court, they get all their dumb asses suspended, we win, heat drown under steady outpouring from azubukkake.

Fixed. Please take the asinine name-calling to RealGM. Folks here disdain that sort of silliness because it adds nothing and makes you look rather lame.

That sounds about right for the team we have now. Of course, if AR and Gallo have explosive third years, all bets are off. Based on your prediction, Briggs, is it safe to assume you are holding onto your 3k MSG shares?

I'll admit I've not seen much of Azu, so I'm not comfortable with that question mark, esp coming off any injury.
Are we starting Chandler at the SG? Is that going to work? I think we need to solidify that position before we can
get above 500 ball.
We're already unproven at the Center position. Can't have 2 weak positions like that and win 50+ games.
AR may be good in the future, but he's a skinny kid in the present.

Only way we advance to the 2nd round is if we play Atlanta, Milwaukee, or Charlotte in the 1st round, and that's probably unlikely. We'd have to be a 5th seed, and either one of those teams would have to be the 4th seed.

I see us being 7th or 8th, which means we'll be facing Miami or Orlando/Boston.

A 1st round exit is pretty accurate for this bunch.
