If no one is discussing Gallinari how does one jump to the conclusion that:

"It's almost the opinion like he's a lock to improve"
"Why Danillo Gallanari seem to be untradeable from most fans"

How do you jump to these conclusions based on silence?

I just hope that people will like me

If Gallinari comes back the same player or worse we will know he did not work on his game. If he comes back ready to go and improved we will know that he worked on his game. What difference does it make if people are talking about it?

This kind of reason and logic based on empirical data is simply unbecoming and doesn't belong here...

"The ace of the Knicks from this past Sunday until Saturday is the guest of honor at the celebrity basketball camp. Gallinari is working with young basketball players under the direction of coach Stefano Pillastrini. Today the 22 year old presided over a technical lesson for a group of forty boys, explaining the importance of training and answering their many questions."

The original - in Italian: http://www.romagnanoi.it/News/Sport/Cesenatico/articoli/196381/Gallinari-porta-lNba-allEurocamp.asp

I think at the end they said they are going to have an interview with him in today's paper, which isn't online yet, probably because it contains too many frightening revelations about his depraved Italian lifestyle. There are also 11 pictures showing Gallinari doing various questionable things... I may be prejudiced, but I ask anyone to look at this article and tell me, truthfully, that the Knicks have not dropped the ball again!

According to twitter, he also played some "one o one" against his brother on July 9th... My God, being a Knicks fan is like dying every day! Let's face it, we all suspected that Gallo was probably doing stuff like this, we just didn't want to admit it - now we know for sure, and our summer has become one of endless darkness.

Good info...better "interpretation."

I thought my argument was clear.

First I name dropped Stefano Pillastrini.

Then I linked to pictures of Gallo at a basketball camp.

Finally I concluded that Gallinari is destroying his career and that we should all be sad or angry about it.

Maybe we should just agree to disagree, we have opposing but equally feasible interpretations of this evidence.

Some just don't get it, and will cry wolf at every chance to cover up legitimate questions. Who plans or writes this stuff. HILARIOUS

Must be some school teachers and their union.

I was wondering if gallo was working on his game, and did he put on more weight and become a little bit stronger etc...

I'm glad he donated his time at the boys club in Italy though. Thanks for the info

What do you mean, "some" people.

I just ask that if you state something you at least back it up with evidence. Difficult to start a post with this knowledge of what everyone is feeling about Gallinari while in that same post saying nobody is talking about him. I'm just asking where this comes from. Don't feel singled out, I hate when anyone does this. Your post contradicted itself so I asked you a legitimate question. You seem to prefer to ask, and not be asked.

I don't think anyone on this roster is untradeable (outside of Amare at this point) and no one in the front office/coaching staff has stated anything to the contrary. No need to jump to any conclusions to the contrary. Especially since they just traded away the biggest fan favorite without an uproar.

Confusion could have been avoided by simply coming out and asking a simple question "Anyone know what Gallo is doing? Haven't heard much about him". The extras thrown in were very confusing to me.

Who is Stefano Pillastrini?

And why should we feel sad or angry that Gallo is talking to kids at a basketball camp? Shouldn't we be thanking him for that?

I think he was being facetious and poking fun at the overreaction of many posters at the mention of Gallo doing anything other than strength training or any other activities unlikley to damage his back

Bip this was nothing man, there were post during last season claiming (especially) after a good game that Gallo is the man and he was a keeper( virtually untouchable because of his upside) and the teams best long ball guy. Were these comments considered to be really true becuz the team was so bad, people on UK were acting like what Danphoney said about him was true(best shooter he has ever seen) ?

Well peopel would deserve to be called out on that last year, and I'm sure you called them on it.

Personally I think Randolph and Gallinari have as much upside as most in their draft. Plus Gallo complements all the inside guys very well, so I would love to keep both of them. But neither is untouchable. The majority of the people I've talked to feel the same way. I've seeN isolated over the top Gallinari love, but I think you are blowing the Gallinari love way out of proportion. The first great game Randolph has in a NY uniform and fans will be calling him untouchable as well. That's what fans do. Who cares.

All I care about is that I THINK WE HAVE two very good young players. We have an inside force in Amare, an outside force in Gallinari and a do it all player in Randolph. That makes me happy, and is the makings of a good team. That's what is important to me, not that a few fans think Gallinari is the greatest player ever.
