"I'm the best PG in the NBA"
Like I said, he was a dumbazz.
you don't get any arguments from me on him being a dumbazz... hopefully Amare can be the guy we can put our faith in to get this going back in the right direction... i will really be optimistic if we can land 1 more 20 ppg type scorer to add to this roster, unless Gallo or Wilson can blossom into that this season... that would be nice to see.
i think gallo has the offensive capability to be a 20ppg scorer and think he will get close to that. the main thing is to make the playoffs which we can with the recent moves. not a high seed but a seed nonetheless. then we will get the right exposure and more free agents will want to come here. ama're cant do it himself so i was worried. but walsh brought legitimate help so its a different story. imagine getting an eighth seed and play the heat and lose but play them tough. then next year get melo and play them in the second round and lose. still not over the hump until the following year when we get cp3 and then we beat those morons. that, ladies and gentlemen, would be sweet.
i'm not gonna put my faith in Melo coming to NY to save our franchise at this point... he could very well play us all just like Lebron played us the past 2 years... we shouldn't place all our eggs in that barrel & set ourselves up for disappointment... we should focus instead on building a team independent of a player we don't even have, & focus on what we DO have... i have no problem featuring guys like Gallo & Wilson this year & having them blossom... that would be good for the franchise & for both their values as basketball players, among GM's & also among their peers... that IMO will be the best way to draw other players to NY, not hiring a certain coach or hiring a certain GM.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.
