Mike Miller is a hell of a player and perfect for this team for a alot of reasons. First of all the guy is a lights out shooter from everywhere on the court. He's a GREAT passer with PG like court vision and he is extremely quick.

If you put Miller at SG it lets you start Douglas without concerns about Douglas's ability to run the offense because Miller is saavy enough to do that. Then you have Douglas putting his energy into defending opposing PGs and scoring off the ball, two things he's top flight at.

I think a slighly over MLE type offer would do it. In this offense Miller would put up great numbers, and quite frankly have fun playing the game.

The two max players would be nice, but one max player + Lee + Mike Miller would be pretty sweet also

I really like Mike Miller too. He would be great with David Lee... but we'd need an enforcer down low on Defense. Both Miller and Lee are liabilities on defense... two good perimiter defenders( toney douglas and...???) and a shot block center would be good to go along with Miller and a Lee resigning.

For some reason I have great faith in Walsh to do the smart thing. I think Rautins/Fields were D'Antoni picks... but Jerome Jordan has the Walsh signature/thinking all over it (value pick bought with cash!). I hope Walsh has his way, one way or the other...

Miller is a solid piece... but if we don't get some other pieces, I can't see him choosing us over a real contender.

It really is seeming like Lebron or bust for us at this point. I feel like we have a chance at Lebron, but it seems like if we don't get Bron we'll be left holding a bag of money that no one wants. I don't think anyone will come here without Bron. Oy.
