Chaney's amazing, continual disrespect for Williams is downright astounding. Just how much does this kid have to do to get his opportunities. He languishes all year before he gets his shot, and when he does he plays terrific and helps us win 3 games in blowout fashion. And now he can't beat out Moochie Norris for a backup job? Moochie Norris has his qualities, but he forces up way to many shots for a very below average shooter, and he can't create as much as Williams. And ole Williams was taking good shoots and hitting them. He was even improving his 3 pt. range. I just don't understand it. And if you're trying to trade him, its even stupider to say that a guy who earned a starting job now has to fight for a backup role after playing well. It is just basketball, and it is overboard to shoot Chaney, but the man deserves to be at least hit over the head a couple of times and then fired.

Can we get George Karl or Doc Rivers in here PLEASE?

what about the fact that FWill is hurt? Or maybe Thomas told the coach to sit him because a trade is in the works?

Yes Martin that is exactly what occured. Frank is about 90% he said and should be ready to go saturday. Why isn't postas saying Thomas is "NOW" holding back Frank when it is known to all ZEKE is calling the shots not chaney.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Martin...how does it make sense to sit Frank when they are trying to shop him? If anything he needs to play more and show more to increase his value. The sample size teams have of him is not large enough for them to pull the trigger and give us a real value.

And who cares if he's injured. After the way he's been playing as a starter, there should be no reason he should be third string behind the likes of Moochie Norris when he's healthy. Norris can't penetrate, create, shoot, score, or defend as well as Williams. Maybe he's faster and push it a little more, but his advantages clearly don't outweight those of Williams.

Fwill didn't practice but he was dressed. He could've played but he didn't. Chaney either doesnt like Fwill or doesnt like his game because he hasn't played him a lot (other than the 4 game stretch). I dunno what the deal is with Chaney but his rotations are extrememy confusing. You might find a reason to justify Fwill not playing because he uis hurt but what about Deke? What about benching KVH, H2O, Steph most of the 4th quarter?

If he is injured and plays poorly, then what? His value goes down. Why would Thomas/Chaney do that?

A healthy FWill plays over Norris, no doubt about it.

Yes Frank should definitely play. but I dont see him getting many minutes at PG or SG. We already have Penny and Shandon and you don't want to cut Marbury to under 36min a game. The most important thing is that moochie gets little to no playing time once Frank is back.
