He likes players that can play multiple positions and can all shoot, pass, defend etc. This is what allows him to control tempo. If another team goes big, he can go slightly smaller, still guard you and run your bigs off the court. If a team then goes small he can bring in a larger line-up that can still defend you but can now take it inside and force your smalls off the court. That's the beauty of the versatility that he craves. But this only works if your team is able to defend. Right now we are doing it.
As for the coaching job. 1-9 horrible. Took him 10 games to figure his team out. Since that moment his coaching job has been as good as it gets. I can't argue with one move he's made
