i still want a new coach. I don't want to just make the playoffs. I want to do damage in the East and I don't trust Chaney against good playoff teams.

What makes you think we are even making the playoffs with this freakin coach? Why? Cause our record now is still 6 away from .500? or because our roster shows you promise after we beat Miami and Orlando. The Memphis game was a true win but can we get to .500 first before we start saying I always had faith and I never gave up and all hte other horseshyt?

I'm not talking about u in particular guns, it just seemed to be the general attitude and I was attacking that. 3 wins, out of which 2 were against terrible teams and you guys make it sound like we just overtook jersey for the best record! We are still 5 games behind them! thats the ridiculous part! We have to get rid of Chaney!

yeah but we haven't looked this good in 2 years. We never beat up on bad teams like this. It's definitely a sign of things turning around. Look at all these firsts, first 3 game road winning streak since 96, first back to back win since 96/97.

Some will never get it. This is the same players that started the yr here in NY and it's obvious this is no fluke. Blowing people out isn't easily done and we are doing it without a consistent low post threat. That blows a lot of people's theory. LOL

Fine. Have your party and count you chickens. I'm just going to wait till we REACH .500 FOR THE FIRST TIME UNDER DON FREAKIN CHANEY, THE WORST COACH IN THE WORLD.

Low post threat is mainly neccessary in the playoffs when you require consistent scoring. The other teams defensive gets used to your offense and starts to crows the jump shooter. We need a post presence to win playoff games and establish some kinda rhythm.

I knew that this roster could play. I STAND ALONE! Oh I shouldn't say that, can't leave out my man TRU. VISION !!!!!

Props to you, Playa for recognizing... my signature hasn't changed since game one verses Orlando.

How about 32 assists for the knicks tonight? A team like this can show you how much of this game is psychological-- even at the Pro-level. Frank spreads the ball, finds big men in the right spots-- they're motivatec and play fantastic defense-- everyone else starts passing like Magic Johnson...
Let it be known: I believe in the Knicks this year-- deep into the playoffs, I swear to you my brothers...

You're a fast learner, Silver. Let them jawjack. Stick to your guns on waiting for the Knicks to reach .500. With all the hooplah around beating the Grizz, Heat and Magic, you would think we beat the friggin' Pacers, Hornets and Pistons. Those are the teams to beat in the East, and if we win against those teams like we won the last three games, THEN we can talk about shyt like the playoffs.

Let's get Chaney outta here, and then we can see how we fare against the real teams in the East. IMO Isaiah will still make a move that should provide even greater balance and overall consistency.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

i think they beat the Hornets,Celtics,Wolves,76ers and lost to the Pacers by 2 or 1.Zeke was my #1 choice n we haven't seen half of whats to come for the team.He just might save Chaneys azz.

Metro is ch.70 here.

Franks penetration will nullify all that, he creates easy shots for his teamates. Nobody can keep him out of the paint!

100% right, silver. In addition even after the win tonight, NY will still be only 14-19. That means they have to win another 5 in a row! Or at least play 5 games over .500 just to get into contention. Now despite, Playa's lies, I have consistently said, there is enough talent here to win 40 games. Whether we did or not depended on coaching. I may have been wrong there. It appears that there was such a void at GM that it distracted the team. With the new leadership and ACCOUNTABILITY at the GM/President spot, the team is feeding off of it and succeeding. At some point, the coach will play a role again. I am not confident in Chaney because he did not show the leadership when Layden was here (unlike JVG who had a winning record with Layden), what makes anyone think he will do it when it is needed in the playoffs, IF Ny gets there.

So playa, if you want to revise history again, that is fine. But the truth is I expected this team to win 40 games at least with a mediocore coach. The + or - 5 games depended on the coaching AND the leadership from above. The latter is in place now.

The 8th seed will be around .500, right now, NY is not there.

You are so full of sh!t....I thought the same about their record in OCtober, so get off your crap!

And for you to be telling me that I am talking out of both sides of my mouth is hysterical. We all know you are the one who is wishy washy and disappears when NY starts losing.

LOL yo GoNY, Playa's definition of the "dark side" is when postas stick to their opinions. I guess us "dark side" postas have a bad habit of stomping Playa like the insignificant insect that he is. We all know he'll flap his buttcheeks and talk outta his azz if he can get away with it.

Playa, go back under that rock, son.

Lets squash all this talk. Bottom line is I bring out the knicks positives right now and the darkside brings out the past mistakes. Now who has vision?
