I just remember you saying things like "its sad" and "clearly his career is over" and "anyone who is looking can see this."

Alright mike, fish. mr., I had a bunch of exams, probably very stressed out. Plus, I was obviously wrong in how serious it was. That's all. Is not so serious I guess. Whatever, man. But that doesn't change any of the arguments in this thread. You threw me what we call a 'red herring'. Shameful, I didn't expect that from you.

Gallo may not be a top 10 player (ever), but he spreads the floor by taking a SF/P/C out of the paint. This is different than your standard 3pt killer because most 3pt specialists can be guarded by a PG or a SG. Gallo will shoot over them. Gallo can dribble around most bigs by causing defenders to leave their feet with his infamous head fake. They have to respect his shot.
echo that... I think the only thing I am going on a limb with that kind of statement is that Gallo has the cohones to hit those shots, and DJ insists that he does. Good enough for me

Fishmike, we all know knocking down shots in reg season and making them in the playoffs are two different things. RIGHT ?

does Gallo strike you as the kind of player that is going to shrink when there is pressure? One of the things that pumped his draft value was that his Euro team went to him to score in crunch time over and over again.

Your right that nothing is given until proven, but Gallo doesnt strike me as KVH part II. Dude wants to win and doesnt play scared. I look forward to seeing how he does in those situations

He's a leader, plain and simple. A huge majority of people are not leaders, so this is rare, and it's a quality that will make him a superstar.

if you want to have real discussions around here try avoid things like "because he's awesome" or "its obvious" or "anyone can see" or "you cant argue" as the main reasoning backing up whatever statement your making.

Just say what you see, and why you think you see it.

Point is you have been dead wrong in the past, and I think people are pretty much over your observations because of how you back them up (or dont back them up). That being said you post a LOT here. Thats cool. This forum is great because of the diversity of personalities.

Think of it as friendly advice. If you see something state your opinion. Stating facts (based on your opinions) is a put off and gets old. Except when I do, then its cool.

I backed it up plenty, and again, red herring on the 'wrong in the past'. Give me a break, bro. Did you even read anything I said in this thread???

He's a leader, plain and simple.
fact based on... your opinion
I could go on, but the fact is that he's awesome
based on... your opinion
I am just ecstatic that we have a future superstar on our hands.
but 3 months ago his career was over
I don't have a stat of choice, man. I know a winner when I see one. I guess there is no 'real' debate here.
right.. who can debate facts? (especially ones based on your opinions)

Red herring (logical fallacy), a deliberate attempt to change a subject or divert an argument

Seems to me that you are the thrower of many red herrings. People keeps asking you why you have come to the opions your sharing, but you dont elaborate. Instead you just say "because I said so" simplification of your above quotes.

You took only my last post and only snippets of the other ones, why don't you look at the complete 6 or 7 or 8 posts that I exchanged with Mr. Wallace, John, 44

orange... I was easy on you. Very easy on you. I did read them. You say your opinion and end cement it with one of the above type phrases.

Glad your excited.

I hope Gallo becomes 1/2 the player you think he is now

Alright. I do this, I make table a little later today, and maybe that will be succint and 'fact-based' enough for this discussion.

And thank you for being easy on me, your advice is noted, truly.

Cheers.

If we offered David Lee and Wilson Chandler to Golden State for Speedy Claxton(cap filler), Anthony Morrow and Antony Randolph.

You think GS would be interested in that deal?

I know you have a Nate cabbage patch kid at home. I know you keep a jar of Steph's vasoline by your bed. I know you have a Donnie Walsh snuggie. I know you have a Rooster alarm clock. I even know that you write hate mail to www.heylarryhughespleasestoptakingsomanybadshots.com.

We all get it. Bring some content maybe... just maybe?

LOL!!!! Or maybe, just stop killing threads.

i agree... the guy is all over the place... Rose & OJ Mayo out of the top 10 but Ryan Anderson ranked higher than Gallo & all those other guys at 7? that's pretty ridiculous

I did, and they told me only if that Uconn has been named Bippity was apart of the deal. They heard you were killing it at the Y. Expect a phone call in a few days.

I want 15% for igniting the Bippity comeback tour.
