Iverson never made anyone on his team better............. NEVER!!

He would of gave us more wins this year yes ........... But would of hurt us long term by taking the shots others need to take!!

Iverson is a guy u bring in to carry ur team... he's proven he can do that throughout his career, it's only when he's asked to take a secondary role that the problem arises... he wasn't the main guy in DEN, Carmelo was, & in DET they already had an established system that had success in the past w/the same players, AI wasn't the main guy over there either... & in MEM they were dumb enough to sign AI w/the idea that he'd accept a secondary role to an unproven player like Mike Conley for God's sakes... how can u blame AI for not being happy in that situation?... these problems would not have arisen w/the Knicks... we have no one who can carry this team, we have no go to guys in crunchtime, we have no one who can create their own shot on a consistent basis... we have a buncha guys who are more suited to play around a dominant player on offense... we saw D Lee & Nate play well when Eddy Curry was the main focus on offense, & Gallo & Chandler would be nice wing players playing off AI's penetration & scoring ability if u ask me... Curry would have benefitted from AI's superior penetrating, ballhandling & passing skills, getting a lot more easy baskets downlow than he would get from Chris Duhon or Toney Douglas.

bringing AI in on a 1 year rental at veteran's minimum dollars would have made total sense for the Knicks... developing our young guys is just a rouse Donnie & MDA are trying to sell u guys on... none of that's gonna matter in a few months anyway when we go after the big names in free agency... trust me... & now we're hearing Knick fans say they wanna go after Tracy McGrady... don't u think he'd take shots away from our young guys too? i'm telling u they're talking out of both sides of their mouth on this one... i tried to warn you.
