But only because we want to showcase him for a contract dump. My fingers are crossed that the Rockets will oblige.

I dont know what i have more trouble believeing... the part where he gets 8 boards or the 1 block part. And you left out the 3 turnovers.

Looks like you didn't read through the thread before responding. I revised my numbers a bit...

dont know if you are being serious or not, but those numbers wld be career year stats. what evidence can you point to that qualifies he will have such a breakout year after being out of shape and playing in minimal games the last few seasons. an athlete needs desire to acheive, curry has none - unless there's one more meatball in the dish and someone turns out the lights.

ps: here are curry's career stats:

13.4 points
5.3 rebounds
.7 blocks

I think he will be showcased in order to move him. That means the coaching staff will intentionally inflate his stats prior to the TD. Maybe my guess at his bounding was too high, I'll revise it to...

13 pts, 6 boards, .5 blocks. I think with a lighter-weight fat man, those numbers will be achievable in this system. He hasn't really played in MDA's offense yet, so I expect his stats will reflect the system more than they have to date.

Again, it's only due to trying to dump his cheeseburger contract that he will be allowed to get this.

gotcha. thx for explaining. makes sense, dont see eddy doing it though.

Eddy? Really? I mean barring him being in shape and then a Mike D attempt to force feed him like Isiah did so we can sucker a team into trading for him..... if it's just business as usual around here?

7pts 3.5rebs .2blks

That's if he even plays nightly. I don't see why the DNP-CDs would change.

The time is right for a big season from Eddie. He is technically playing for his next contract. So if he performs well, as some mentioned, someone may take a chance on him thinking that they can change him. The problem with Eddie is that he has such confidence and motivation issues that the slightest thing could set him back. He's one of those guys that could just see himself being happy with his role and not striving for more. Being comfortable with just being part of the team. Not really realizing the consequences to his long-term salary.

I personally have no idea what to expect. My heart is telling me that this is the year he turns it around. But my brain is telling me, same old Eddie
I just hope that people will like me
