Any way you look at it, there is no way David Lee shouldn't be back next year. If he takes the QO then his cap hold is around $5 million in 2010 unless we renounce his Bird rights. If we resign him for $8-$9 million, it kills a major chunk of our cap room that is already taken up by Curry, Jeffries, Hill, Douglas, Chandler, and Gallinari. We need to trade him to get rid of Jeffries and get back an expiring contract with a pick and/or young player with a low salary in return. I don't see a plausible scenario where I would want this soft overrated no-defense crybaby back on our team next season.
